New Trucking Rules and regulations are going to completely change the face of the trucking industry! These new rules also known as fmcsa or csa 2010 are putting some say an unfair advantage on the american trucker. I say it has its good and bad points but those who learn to follow and take advantage of the people who with out saying will not, will be in the best place in the industry they could have ever imagined. Well the new fmcsa rules have taken effect other wise known as csa 2010! also the new trucking cell phone rule takes effect on 1-3-12 which says all non hands free cell use is illegal and will be a fine of $2,700.00 per offense. So lets all do our part to be the safest drivers we can be in 2012..
